Tribute to Women Luncheon Invitation

Please join us as we celebrate and honor Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison for her outstanding service to Texas in the US Senate.  We have a wonderful tribute planned for the Senator and know you will want to share in honoring such a special Texas Republican woman with us.

This TFRW Tribute to Women event is held every two years in conjunction with the Texas Republican Party Convention.  We will also be honoring those special ladies in our local clubs who have volunteered their time and efforts to TFRW and the Republican Party.  It is truly an honor to receive this award and to be recognized at this luncheon.  Honorees will have a photo taken with Senator Hutchison and TFRW President Carolyn Hodges as a reminder of this special day.

Each club may submit up to 4 nominees to be honored at the Tribute to Women luncheon.  A biographical sketch (maximum of 200 words) should be emailed as a Word Document to Jody Rushton at rjrushton@verizon.net

The deadline to submit your nominees is May 1, 2012.

All members of TFRW, elected officials and guests are invited this celebration and recognition of these outstanding ladies.

Registration for the luncheon must be submitted with registration fees by May 1, 2012 to TFRW PAC and sent to TFRW, 515 Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 133, Austin TX 78746.  Cost $59 per person.

For Club members who wish to be seated together, please list ALL club members (list Honorees first) and mail with your bundled checks attached to TFRW (as above).

NOTE:  Seating assignments based on "first received" basis.  Tables accomodate 10.  Tables not full may be filled with members of other clubs.
