At the most recent SREC meeting over the weekend of March 25-26, some outstanding students from across Texas banded together to begin what will be the foundation for the next generation of Texas conservatives.

"We have a responsibility to recruit and train the next generation of Texas leaders and many of them will be found at HBCU’s in Texas."

This week, a number of student volunteers from the Young Conservatives of Texas chapter at the University of Texas, came over to the Republican Party of Texas headquarters to help make phone calls to our Trailblazers volunteers.

Chairman Steve Munisteri has assigned RPT Youth Outreach Coordinator Austen Bailey, to the task of creating and compiling a monthly conservative newspaper written by college students across Texas.
