Jack Barcroft, Vice President

Republican Party of Texas

Michael Joyce, Communications Director

Austin, TX – TRCCA ( is excited to announce that Cassie Daniel will come on board as the full-time Executive Director for the Texas Republican County Chairmen’s Association (TRCCA.)   Ms. Daniel has built an astounding record and sterling reputation within the Republican Party.

During her time with the Republican Party of Texas, Ms. Daniel has filled all 254 Republican County Chair positions a record four times.  In the last primary election, her efforts ensured that every county in Texas held a Republican Primary for only the second time in party history, while also achieving the largest number of run off primary elections ever held.  Party infrastructure and training have also increased dramatically during Ms. Daniel’s tenure.

“I feel very blessed to be able to continue my career and passion to help strengthen our local county parties with the Texas Republican Chairmen’s Association.  Having the opportunity to work full-time with our county chairs will help us take every county to the next level.” Daniel said.

Janet Jackson, President of TRCCA stated, “It is with a great deal of enthusiasm that we welcome Cassie as the new full-time Executive Director of the TRCCA.  To continue the organizational growth lead by immediate past president, Carl Tepper, Cassie is a well known asset to our county party community.”

Tom Mechler, Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas, said “Cassie is no doubt going to do an incredible job for TRCCA, just like she did for the RPT.  We are blessed that Cassie is able to further her career while still remaining an amazing resource for our Party. While we hate to lose such a talented individual, our loss is Texas’ gain, because the strength or our State Party depends on well-organized and forceful county parties. Cassie will help ensure our success continues.”

TRCCA is an auxiliary organization of the Republican Party of Texas which serves to educate and support Republican county chairs to build the strongest and most efficient grassroots organization through training, tools, and mentorship.
