The convention gives you a tremendous opportunity to market your products, ideas or organization to thousands of Texans from the grassroots level to elected office holders. To ensure consideration as an exhibitor at the Convention, please complete the forms in the Exhibitor Packet and return with your payment as soon as possible. The deadline to be guaranteed space is April 30, 2012 or until space is sold out – whichever occurs first. Due to limited space we expect to sell all booth locations well in advance of April 30. Booth selection will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis, by suitability, availability and as set forth in the Party rules and regulations. We will make a decision regarding your application as quickly as possible.
