Our presenter is Brigadier General Mike Wallace (retired). He is the former Assistant Division Commander (Maneuver) of the Texas Army National Guard, 36th Infantry Division. One of his responsibilities with the 36th was overseeing thousands of soldiers deployed to our southern border. General Wallace and his former Legal Counsel Eric Bales will discuss with us some of the experiences they encountered at the border and provide an update.
Special Guest Steve Munisteri, Senior Advisor to Governor Greg Abbott, will speak on Thursday, January 16 at the LPRW Club House. The new legislative session starts just 2 days earlier, so Steve Munisteri's perspective will be interesting and informative. Light refreshments will be served.
