Calling all Texas Republicans to help elect Will Hurd!

National Committeewoman Toni Anne Dashiell, joined by SREC membersJanet Jackson and Rhonda Lacy, will lead a Strike Force of volunteers from across the state of Texas to travel to San Antonio the weekend before the election, starting Friday, October 31 to help elect Will Hurd to Congress. Nathalie Swisher, New Braunfels Republican Women member, is volunteering as the event coordinator.

Historically, Strike Force volunteers have been pulled out of Texas to travel to states with competitive congressional races.  This year we have a competitive congressional race right here in the Lone Star State and an opportunity to send Pete Gallego – Friend to Obama and Enemy of the Oil and Gas industry, back to Austin, where he lives, despite representing a district that includes San Antonio and 27 counties to the west.

Our Republican nominee, military veteran, A&M graduate and Texas Conservative, Will Hurd needs our help! Polling in this district shows that a Republican can win. We hope you will join us for an organized, statewide effort at the Hurd Campaign HQ the weekend before the election or any time before then at the RPT Victory Office in CD 23 to help turn out every possible vote for Will Hurd.

PS. While Pete Gallego was elected to Congress with the support of national special interest groups such as the Sierra Club and other friends of Obama, Will’s campaign is supported by working Texans.  We hope you will plan to join us in San Antonio or donate financially to Will’s campaign
