Our presenter is Brigadier General Mike Wallace (retired).  He is the former Assistant Division Commander (Maneuver) of the Texas Army National Guard, 36th Infantry Division.  One of his responsibilities with the 36th was overseeing thousands of soldiers deployed to our southern border.  General Wallace and his former Legal Counsel Eric Bales will discuss with us some of the experiences they encountered at the border and provide an update.
