The Republican Party of Texas announced Jen Hall as their new Executive Director today, who will replace John Beckmeyer on his departure to be the City Manager for Odessa.

Matt Rinaldi, Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas said, “John Beckmeyer has done a spectacular job as Executive Director, and we wish him the best as he returns home to West Texas. Jen Hall will continue John’s exemplary track record as we move into our state convention and national election in 2024.”

Jen Hall said, “Thank you Chairman Rinaldi for this appointment. I’m excited to continue to serve the Republican Party, and I look forward to a successful 2024 and beyond.”

Jen has a long history with the Republican Party of Texas as both a volunteer and staff under multiple Chairmen. She was the Tarrant County Chair from 2011-2016 and previously served as the Deputy Organization Director from 2019-2021 under Chairman James Dickey and Allen West, and was the Organization Director from 2021 until 2023 under Chairman Rinaldi. She has a proven track record of assisting County Chairs, overseeing election administration, and managing state conventions.
