D'rinda Randall

From Precinct Chair to Chair of the Republican Party of Texas. 

D’rinda Randall is the Chair of the Republican Party of Texas, leading one of the largest, most influential, and most successful Republican organizations in the nation. A dynamic grassroots leader known for her energy, optimism, and servant leadership, D’rinda has dedicated her career to growing the conservative movement from the precinct level to statewide leadership.

After serving in nearly every level of party leadership, from Precinct Chair and House District Chair to Presiding election judge, campaign strategist, Alternate Delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention, and Vice Chair of RPT. D’rinda was elected Chair of the Republican Party of Texas with more than 80% of the vote. She proudly calls it “The Unity Vote,” because Republicans from every corner and every faction of the Party came together around one shared mission: Texas is better when it’s redder! 

Before becoming Chair, D’rinda served as Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Texas, traveling thousands of miles across the Lone Star State, listening to grassroots Republicans, strengthening county parties, training volunteers, and helping build stronger local organizations. Her passion for growing conservative organizations extends beyond state politics. As president of a Texas Federation of Republican Women club, she grew the organization to more than 500 members, making it one of the largest and most active clubs in Texas.

Outside of politics, D’rinda is an award-winning Texas Realtor®, entrepreneur, and founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing sudden cardiac arrest in young people through education, awareness, and heart screenings. Her work has helped save lives, strengthened communities, and reflects her lifelong commitment to serving others. She also and initiated a program in Houston focused on educating youth about capitalism and community service.

A devoted Christian, wife to David Randall, mother of three sons, and proud grandmother, D’rinda leads with faith, optimism, and a deep love for Texas. Whether speaking to a room of precinct chairs or thousands of Republicans, her message is always the same:

“Texas is better when it’s redder.”
