Spencer runs political, field and data operations for the Victory program and Texans for Senator John Cornyn. Before joining Victory, Spencer worked for the Republican National Committee, Republican Party of Texas and the Travis County Republican Party. He was born and raised in Dripping Springs, TX before graduating Texas A&M University with a finance degree. He lives in Austin.

Rachel Wilson is a Texas-based Republican fundraising and campaign strategist. Wilson most recently served as Finance Director for Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin. Prior to that role she led fundraising at the highest levels of both state and federal campaigns, including candidates for U.S. Senate in Ohio, Congressman Jim Renacci and Josh Mandel, and Rand Paul’s Presidential campaign. Wilson’s experience extends to Super PACs, Federal, Congressional, Gubernatorial races and political party committees.
Wilson was born and raised in Austin, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University. After fundraising for campaigns in 6 states and coordinating fundraising events and meetings for those candidates in 40 states around the nation, she has returned home to Austin for Texas’ highly competitive 2020 cycle.
