LEARN ABOUT THE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, SECURE OUR SENIORS SAFETY (SOSS) FROM FOUNDER SHANNON DION. Senior Safety Coppell Republican Women invite you to be our guest on Thursday, February 6, to learn about the non-profit organization Secure Our Seniors Safety (SOSS) from founder Shannon Dion. Shannon’s mother was a victim of the serial killer Billy Chemirmir who targeted elderly women living in senior living communities in Dallas and Collin Counties. She will tell her story, discuss things to consider when placing a parent in a residential place, and discuss bills that SOSS is working to pass during the 89th legislative session.
