BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we urge the Texas Legislature to explore and implement alternative strategies that solve Texas’ water issues, without sacrificing the livelihoods, homes, and heritage of our Texas citizens; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas is eternally grateful to and appreciative of the influence and long-lasting contributions of the generous, sweet, hardworking, honorable, humble, courteous, ladylike, respectable, faithful, and feisty Republican pillar, Alma Perez Jackson; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Republican Party of Texas formally requests that the Texas Legislature pass HB 1343, HB 1378, and SB 819 to protect the citizens of our 254 Texas counties from the many dangers associated with Battery Energy Storage Systems.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas fully supports President Donald Trump and his efforts to use his authority under the Constitution and under federal law to defend our nation’s borders from illegal entry and to remove illegal aliens present in the United States; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas will continue to advocate for the passage of comprehensive legislation that fully protects Texas land from foreign ownership and ensures the safety and sovereignty of the state and its citizens.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas urges Republican voters to hold accountable any elected officials who undermine the Legislative Priorities of the Republican grassroots, and that a copy of this resolution be sent to Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Speaker Dustin Burrows, all other Republican members of the Texas Legislature.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas considers a vote in favor of Previous Question on HR 4 to be a violation of the Legislative Priority to Ban Democrat Chairs for the purposes of censure under Republican Party of Texas Rule No. 44.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas expresses its gratitude to the 52 Republican Representatives who faithfully participated in the Caucus process and followed the rules by voting for the Caucus nominee, David Cook, for Speaker of the House.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas recommends that our Texas Legislature act immediately to outlaw all identity fraud, including any type of bodily and physical deception, in the state of Texas, and for the Texas Legislature, led by our Christian Conservative Republicans, to act immediately and recognize that the perpetuation of this madness is wreaking havoc mentally on our citizens, especially young children, and to recognize that God demands of us to make law that is pleasing to Him, as confusion; that we see these abominations that are being committed for what they are, blatant fraud, and we need the clarity of new law to remove all doubt and give businesses the legal right to remove men who enter women’s spaces from their premises, to give victims the right of legal recourse, and thereby to restore honor in the state of Texas.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Party of Texas rejects any efforts to minimize, degrade, or reduce the effectiveness of the Texas State Guard in performance of its historic mission to protect our Texas; and
